From first conversation to operating rhythm

We begin with an initial call to understand your goals, current reporting and where decisions feel most difficult today. From there, we propose a scope that covers the first three to six months of work, along with a simple fee structure.

Early workshops focus on mapping how money moves through the business and which levers you already use to influence results. This forms the basis for a financial model that is detailed enough to be useful but light enough to maintain.
