How we structure meetings
Initial calls are usually held online and last around thirty to forty minutes. During this time we listen more than we talk, aiming to understand where you are today and what you would like to change.
If it looks like we are a good fit, we will suggest a simple next step. That might be a focused workshop on a particular decision, or a short engagement to establish your financial rhythm and reporting.
For in-person sessions in Adelaide, we host you at our office or join you at your own location if that is more convenient for your team. For interstate clients, online workshops remain highly effective when prepared carefully.
