Project-based and ongoing advisory
Some clients ask us to support a specific decision, such as
opening a new location, hiring a senior role or restructuring part
of the business. Others prefer an ongoing relationship where we
join key meetings, review results and help interpret what the
numbers are saying over time.
Project-based work usually runs for a defined period with clear
milestones and outputs. Ongoing advisory is lighter but more
frequent, giving you access to a trusted voice whenever financial
questions arise.
In both cases, we remain independent. We do not sell investment
products, software or debt, and we are comfortable working
alongside your existing accountant, bookkeeper and bank.
The result is a relationship where financial insight is closely
linked to day-to-day decisions, rather than something that only
appears at year end.
